Yearbooks are like tree rings. They measure the growth of the community over the span of years. People keep them. People collect them. People look forward to receiving them every year. Yearbooks are a way of collecting and memories in neat easy-to-access compartments. We’ll of course feature the top news stories of 2017, but we’ll go beyond that. We’ll include directories of all places of worship and our own local civic associations. And what’s a Yearbook without group pictures of the people who run each of this organizations!

These are the people who are continually shaping everything around us. If you want something done, these are the people to talk to. The yearbook helps you find these people.

A Directory of Verified Business Listings
They say information is just a few clicks away, but too often the information we call up on the internet is stale, incomplete, or false. We’ve asked our readers and they’ve told us they want to be able to look up local businesses and be sure the contact information is up-to-date. Our recent survey tells us the vast majority of our community residents prefer to patronize local businesses – if only they were more aware of what’s available. What’s more, we’ll be highlighting the winners of our annual Reader’s Choice contest. Beginning in January, readers will be asked to pick their favorite from among all those who advertised. Categories will be based on those eligible and there will be a minimum of three entrants per category. Eligibility is determined solely by Sentinel Publications.
