VILLAGE OF SCOTTSVILLE
LEAGAL NOTICE
REQUEST FOR QUOTEThe Village of Scottsville is soliciting qualifications from qualified engineering firms for assistance with preparing an application for the 2026 NYSDOT TAP Grant. The goal of the project is to create safe, uniform, ADA compliant, pedestrian friendly sidewalks on our Village Main Street, as well as safer ways to walk to cross the street. Bike lanes are also planned, which will serve as an additional conduit to and through the Village. We expect that the visual components of this project, along with some beautification efforts (funded by the Village and Main Street businesses) will serve as traffic calming measures.
Qualification packages shall be placed in a sealed envelope addressed to:

QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSULTING SERVICES – TAP GRANT, and be delivered to the address above by 12 noon on December 24, 2025Information received after that date and time will not be considered.
The full Request for Qualifications may be obtained from the Village Monday through Thursday from 8AM – 4PM and Friday from 8AM to 1PM.

The Village of Scottsville reserves the right to reject any or all Statements of Qualifications, the right to waive any informalities, the right to permit exceptions deemed not to be of substance, and the right to accept any Statement of Qualifications which the Village deems to represent the prudent and economical expenditure of the public monies for the benefit of the Village’s inhabitants by securing the maximum quality.
