NOTICE is hereby given that on February 10, 2026, the Village Board of Trustees of the Village of Scottsville adopted Local Law 2-2026 to override the Tax Cap Levy Limit established in the General Municipal Law 3c for the 2026-2027 Fiscal Budget.

A copy of the Local Law is filed in the Village Clerk’s Office and can be viewed during regular business hours at the Wheatland Municipal Building, 22 Main Street, Scottsville.

The Village of Scottsville Board of Trustees will meet January 28, February 18, March 4 and 18 at 6:30 pm for 2025-2026 Budget Workshops. All meetings will be held at the Wheatland Municipal Building, 22 Main St., Scottsville, NY 14546.

Park Designation
The Village Board of Trustees will consider designating the triangle of land at the corner of Rochester St. and Grove St. The public is welcome to provide input with respect to whether or not to designate the park space. All interested parties may speak at the October 10, 6:30 pm meeting at the Wheatland Municipal Building. You may also send comments about new park land to villageclerk@scottsvilleny.org or mail to Village of Scottsville, 22 Main St, Ste. 3, Scottsville, NY 14546.
