The Beef & Butter Company, located at 2199 East Henrietta Road in the Town Center Plaza, formerly known as Suburban Plaza, held a grand opening on January 10.
The business, owned and operated by Erin and Dan Reisinger of Henrietta, offers locally raised beef by partnering with regional farms. In addition to beef, it also offers chicken and pork. It originated out of Erin’s side business called The Butter Man in which she made specialty butters and sold them at the Rochester Public Market. They aim to serve residential and restaurant customers.
