GOP Sweeps Rush, Close Race For Pittsford Town Board

Wheatland Town Supervisor-Elect Jim Kirch beats incumbent Linda Dobson.

Rush Town Supervisor-Elect Daniel Woolaver will take over in January.

Voters elected new Town Supervisors in Rush and Wheatland in the 2023 elections last week. Republican Jim Kirch defeated incumbent Linda Dobson 662-517. In Rush, Republican Daniel Woolaver defeated Democrat Lee Hankins 730-578 in the open race for the Supervisor’s Post after current Supervisor Gerald Kusse decided not to rerun.

All results are unofficial results until they are certified by the County Boards of Election in Monroe, Livingston and Ontario.
