Village of ScottsvilleNOTICE is hereby given that on February 14, 2023, the Village Board of Trustees of the Village of Scottsville adopted Local Law 1-2023 to override the Tax Cap Levy Limit established in the General Municipal Law 3c for the 2023-2024 Fiscal Budget.
A copy of the Local Law is filed in the Village Clerk’s Office and can be viewed during regular business hours at the Wheatland Municipal Building, 22 Main Street, Scottsville.
