Village of ScottsvillePLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Scottsville, Monroe County, New York, at a regular meeting thereof held on the 8th day of September 2026, duly adopted a resolution subject to a permissive referendum as follows: to approve the release of monies already on deposit in the Capital Street Improvement Reserve for sidewalk improvements on Briarwood Lane in the amount of $20,000.00. Any resolution adopted thereafter will be subject to permissive referendum by law.
