The second-seeded Honeoye Falls-Lima Cougars and the third-seeded Eastridge Lancers face off in the Semifinal round of the 2024 Section V Class B Football Tournament. The game will be the third time the two teams have played one another this Fall. Eastridge hosted HF-L in Week 2 where the visiting Cougars took the contest by a final score of 28-14. Three weeks ago, HF-L hosted Eastridge where the Lancers intercepted the Cougars at the goal line to seal their victory in the third overtime period with a final score of 24-17. With the regular season series split, Friday night’s game will serve as a rubber match with the winner earning a trip to the Class B Championship Game.
The Semifinal contest kicks off this Friday, November 8th, at 7:00 PM. The Sentinel’s broadcast of the game will be streamed through the Section V Broadcast Network. Viewers will have the option to purchase access to the individual game or a season pass.
