The Honeoye Falls-Lima Mendon Kiwanis Club hosted the Kona Ice Truck on August 6, at the Mendon Library to add a refreshing finish to the closing party for the Summer Reading Program at the library. The weather was very warm which made the delicious flavored ice all the more appreciated!
On August 15, the Honeoye Falls-Lima Mendon Kiwanis held a basket raffle at The Festival at the Falls in HF. The local Kiwanis Club members seek to serve kids and uplift the community in creative, fun ways, and are always ready to welcome new members! Thank you to the businesses in HF and Lima who contributed items and gift certificates, and to all who purchased raffle tickets! The money that was raised will go toward projects for children locally.
