Area residents attended remembrance ceremonies in honor of the 20th anniversary of the tragic events of September 11, 2001.
Edward O’Brien with Hometown Hero’s Banners Installed 50 American Flags for the 20th Anniversary Remembrance Ceremony held on the timeline of the attacks on America 20 years ago at the Veteran’s Memorial in Honeoye Falls Cemetery.
A thank you to all those who attended and thank you to Mr. Edward O’Brien with Hometown Hero’s Banners for pursuing this memorial ceremony and to Falls Post 664 for their participation and continued service. Long live the World Trade.

In addition, the Lima American Legion Post 282 was the site of a Remembrance Ceremony on September 11. Following the ceremony at the Post home at 2475 Route 65 in West Bloomfield, there was a memorial ride and a spaghetti dinner.
