PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Town of Mendon will hold a Public Hearing, pursuant to Chapter 174 of the Town Code of the Town of Mendon, on the application of David Miller, 58 Dover Park, Rochester, NY, for a 2-lot subdivision with 2 site plans on the east side of Clover Street, approximately 645 feet north of Stoney Lonesome Road, consisting of approximately 5.111 acres, zoned RA-1. Tax account numbers 215.03-1-14.7. SAID HEARING will be held on the 25th day of January, 2017 at the Town Offices, 16 West Main Street, Honeoye Falls, New York, at 7:00 p.m., Prevailing Time.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that the application may be inspected at the Town Office during normal business hours. All interested parties are invited to attend in person or by Attorney and be heard.
