The Mendon Public Library currently has artwork created by residents living at Pinehurst Senior Living Community on display.

The eight artists create in a variety of mediums: basketry, etching, watercolor, acrylic and pencil. Each work is unique and beautiful.

This exhibit, on display through the end of April, includes a special program offering. Cookies, Tea, Art, & Stories: Drop-In, Meet the Artists, & Hear a Story will take place on Wednesday, April 22, from 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM. All ages are encouraged to drop by the library for cookies, tea (hot and cold), stories, and art appreciation.

Artists from Pinehurst Senior Living Community will be on hand to answer questions about their art and talk about their creative process.

For little ones, the library will offer a few Story Book Read Alouds about art and a simple creative station.  Registration not required.
