The plaques will include The American Revolution, the War of 1812, the Civil War, the Spanish-American War, World War I, World War II, the Korean War, the Vietnam War, the Lebanon Conflict, the Granada Conflict, the Panama Conflict, the Persian Gulf War and other veterans.

The rededication will take place at the Rush Veterans Memorial Park at 11 a.m. on Saturday, September 15. Parking will be available at Rush Town Hall, Rush Firemen’s Field and the Creekside Inn. The program will last about one hour and will be followed by a luncheon at the Rush Creekside Inn, located across the street from the park. Tickets for the luncheon may be purchased for $10 at the Rush Town Hall, the Creekside Inn, Colby’s or online at rushhistoricalsociety.com and at the event.
