The Mendon Turkey Trot 2016 (sponsored in part by StudioMove!) will be a 2-mile fun walk/run and a 5K race benefitting the area FISH Food Pantry organization of Mendon, Honeoye Falls, and West Bloomfield. On November 24th, both events will start and finish near StudioMove! and the Lehigh Valley Trail (next to the baseball fields). The 5K will start at 9:00am and the fun run will start at 9:05am. Parking will be available at StudioMove! We will also be hosting a food drive during bib pickup and race-day registration, starting at 8am. Simply bring your non-perishable food items with you to StudioMove! All food will be donated to FISH local food cupboards. Your support would be greatly appreciated. We are seeking volunteers for this event so if you’d like to help, we’d appreciate it! Please contact Elizabeth Parmelee (elizabeth.parmelee@gmail.com) or Chris Brush at StudioMove (office@studiomove.org)! Registration costs will be $20 for the 5K ($25 race day) and $15 for the fun run (max $30 for family). Join us to help a great cause and continue a wonderful tradition that started as a neighborhood fun run! Sign up at: https://runsignup.com/yourcustomurl/signup. StudioMove! is located at 16 Mendon Ionia Road, Mendon.
