These people exist in all walks of life, from community organizations to businesses large and small. Heck, you probably see this dichotomy within your own family. Here’s an interesting thought: What’s the inflection point that causes a traditional thinker to begin considering new ideas? Likewise, when will those with boundless ideas finally decide to settle on one of them and pursue it to the fullest extent? (This is often the curse of the entrepreneur.) It shouldn’t surprise you, then, to discover these competing points have existed in our country since its founding, and it remnants can still be seen today.
