Shelly Stein, a lifetime resident of Honeoye Falls and Lima and active volunteer in the Honeoye Falls-Lima community, was diagnosed with Gioblastoma Multiforme Brain Cancer in April of 2016. She’s received wonderful support from the community. Her sister and brother will have a benefit to honor Shelly and raise donations for Shelly’s continued medical expenses.
“Back to the 80’s” will feature 1980’s themed music, décor and attire. There will also be hors d’oeuvres, DJ, Silent Auction and Raffle prizes (Cash Bar). The event will be Saturday, November 5 from 7:30 – 11:30 p.m. at Westminster Hall and Chapel, 3886 Rush-Mendon Rd, Mendon. Tickets are $20.00 advance, $25.00 at the door and are available at Miller Lanes and Fanatics Pub or contact Lori Pownall at 585.760.4941. All proceeds will go towards Shelly’s medical expenses.
