    As the circumstances related to the Coronavirus are rapidly evolving, we are continuously evaluating what we feel is in the best interest for the health and well-being of our customers, communities and employees, while still providing the financial education and advice and critical banking services customers need at this time.

    We are committed to serving our customers and to meet the needs of our communities by using the safest and best practices to maintain social distancing effectiveness. As a result, we will be modifying the ways in which you can access our services and the hours in which they are offered.

    Effective Thursday, March 19, our banking services will be available as follows:

    Drive-up ONLY Monday-Friday 9:00am-4:00pm
    No drive-up available at College Town Saturday Locations* 9:00am-1:00pm
    Sundays All Locations Closed

    *Saturday hours not available at Bloomfield, Canandaigua-Main, Mendon, Rochester-East Main
