GVT operations in New York and Pennsylvania are now traversing over 300 miles of track and handling over 12,000 freight cars yearly. In addition, GVT operates tourist trains on three of its railroads.
Mr. Monte Verde is President of the Genesee Valley Transportation Co., Inc. He is the current Secretary of Regional Railroads of New York, He is also a Director for the Railroads of Pennsylvania Association. He resides in the City of Rochester.
