Honeoye Falls Market Place owner Deric West and the HFMP employees would like to extend their heartfelt thanks as they celebrate the store’s 40 year anniversary servicing the Honeoye Falls community. It has been a remarkable journey starting in 1983 when the store’s name was “Bells” market. Over the past four decades, the grocery store has grown and evolved alongside this wonderful community. Deric and Amy West and the employees strive to be your trusted source of quality products, brands you grew up with, custom cut meats, scratch donuts, locally sourced foods, and friendly service. HFMP has strived to be a good neighbor to the region they serve by being an engaged, impassioned, and dedicated community advocate.
The 40 years in Honeoye Falls would not have been possible without the dedication and hard work of the staff, past and present. HFMP is open 364 days a year and the staff has been the cornerstone of its longevity, providing excellent service, and building lasting relationships with all of you. The Wests are fortunate to have two employees who have been with the store since the beginning; John Quatela, the meat manager, and Karen Kleinhans who works in the deli. They have both made many contributions to the success of the store over the years and the Wests are grateful for their loyalty and dedication throughout the years.
Recent history has illustrated the importance of living in a community where residents can depend on one another and the institutions that strengthen a sense of place. As the local community grows and evolves, HFMP looks forward to building upon its history into the future. HFMP remains committed to serving the Honeoye Falls community with the same dedication and passion that has fueled it for four decades. They will continue to listen to your needs and adapt to the changing times while maintaining the core values of quality, service, and community.
The Wests are filled with immense gratitude for the loyalty and support the customers have shown HFMP throughout the years and for the opportunity to raise their family in this dynamic and caring community. To express their appreciation and celebrate this milestone, they will be serving free slices of cake on Friday, December 1, from 11 A.M..- 4 P.M. Please stop in and help them celebrate.
