NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that pursuant to the provisions of the Town of Rush, and §274a and §274-b of the Town Law, a Public Hearing will be held by the Planning Board of the Town of Rush at the Rush Town Hall, 5977 East Henrietta Road, Rush, New York 14543 on March 24, 2026, at 7:00 PM to hear all persons interested in the following applications:
Application 2026-3P Cox Engineering for Robinson Special Permit Application for an in-law apartment addition to be built on the new home. The parcel is located at 175 Works Road, Honeoye Falls, NY 14472, with a tax parcel ID#220.04-1-26.1 and is zoned Residential.

WORKSHOP MEETING NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Town Board of the Town of Rush has scheduled a Workshop Meeting of the Rush Town Board, to be held on Wednesday, April 8, 2026, at 6:00 PM at the offices of the Rush Town Hall, 5977 East Henrietta Road, Rush, New York for the purpose of reviewing questions and recommendations from the December 10, 2025 Public Hearing of Town Code Residential R-20 and R-30 Districts.
The public may also access the meeting via zoom video conference. Instructions on accessing the virtual meeting are available on the town’s website at www.townofrushny.gov.
