Life in the Pit (Part II)

If you’ve read “Life in the Pit (Part I),” you know we did that nasty things all author’s do – we left you off with a cliff hanger. Well, here’s the thing. The original Part II turned out to be twice as long as the space we assigned it in the newspaper. Since the whole point of this story was to coincidence publication of 10 lessons learned while playing in the pit of a musical orchestra, I decided to interrupt the “story” part of the story and cut to the chase. Here are those 10 lessons presented in this week’s Carosa Commentary: “Life in the Pit (Part II).”
