The Lima Christian School Board is pleased to announce that tuition at Lima Christian will remain the same for all grade levels over the course of the next academic year.
“This tuition freeze is welcome news for our families, especially during a time when the world has been in such flux,” said Mr. John Reese, Principal. “Holding the line on our tuition rates provides some security for families considering a Christian education for their children.”
The tuition freeze follows other key decisions the School Board and Administration have made during the Coronavirus crisis. In September, Lima Christian safely re-opened its doors with five-day, all day, in-person instruction. Jason J. McGuire, Chairman of the Board, said, “The school demonstrated that it was able to not only meet CDC guidance and state Health Department protocols, but exceed them. Our students are better off for having maintained their academic studies, social interactions, emotional connections and spiritual community.”
“Admissions is seeing an increased interest in all that Lima Christian has to offer. People are noticing what we have been able to accomplish during the pandemic. Keeping tuition rates steady allows LCS to keep the cost of a private education affordable for both current and prospective students,” said Vice Principal Vicky Britton. “The tuition freeze will allow more families to choose an in-person, faith-based education for their kids. We’re excited for the future of Lima Christian and the opportunity to serve even more families,” concluded Britton.
