Memorial Day ceremonies in the Mendon and Honeoye Falls area kick off with the parade in North Bloomfield at 8:30 a.m. The North Bloomfield parade starts at the corner of Quaker Meeting House Road and Ontario Street and ends at the North Bloomfield Cemetery with a service following. After a two-year hiatus due to COVID, North Bloomfield will resume its brunch after the parade. Please bring a dish to share. Coffee, juice, and water will be provided.
The parade in the hamlet of Mendon begins at 9:30 a.m. from Westminster Hall (the former Mendon Presbyterian Church) on Route 251 and proceeds to the Mendon Cemetery with a service following.
A service will be held at St. Paul of the Cross Cemetery on West Main Street in Honeoye Falls at 10:30 a.m.
The parade in Honeoye Falls gets underway at 11:30 a.m., starting on East Street and proceeding to Honeoye Falls cemetery where there will be a service immediately following.
The parade in Lima starts at 9:30 a.m. from Lima Primary School on College Street and proceeding to the Lima Town Hall on East Main Street where there will be a ceremony immediately following the parade.
