Rotary’s Casino Royale

I remember years ago when the Rotary sponsored the visit to Honeoye Falls of a one-ring circus. Doc Smith would end every pitch for the event in the best Harold Hill fashion by enthusiastically declaring there’d be a circus “right here in Honeoye Falls!” I couldn’t help but think of that same enthusiasm when I walked through the doors of the Mendon Golf Club and into the banquet room to see a vast array of gaming tables before me.
