Of all life’s every day dichotomies, the choice between speed and accuracy is most pervasive. And I’m not talking about carnival games which specialize in this sort of thing. We face the speed versus accuracy dichotomy everywhere, from risking a speeding ticket to avoid being late for a meeting, to paralysis analysis were we put off making a decision “to get more complete information.” We all want to know which is better: speed or accuracy.
