Mendon Public Library is pleased to share the recent illustrations by ceramic and illustration artist Carrianne Hendrickson through January 12, 2024.
The works on display at the library are primarily Giclee prints of her drawings (with a few original pencil drawings as well).
Carrianne has been a professional ceramic/illustration artist for the past 30 years or more after obtaining her degree in Ceramic Design. Her works can be found in many private collections and several museum collections as well. She also enjoys reading about History (and classic short stories), visiting farms, visiting local historical places, nature, volunteering, studying insects, walking fast, singing, and tinkering with various musical instruments.
In her more recent work she has gravitated even more heavily on her illustration work and has produced Giclee prints and greeting cards of these works for both display (such as this one) and sale in Gallery stores and her website (https://carriannehendrickson.com/home.html).
