BREAKING NEWS!

Fanatics Pub, an independent live music club & restaurant in Lima, New York, has announced plans to reopen to offer their Drive-In Concert Series held in the parking lot adjacent to the pub. All shows will be one 90-120 minute in duration. It is our goal to bring live music back to the area. In the event of rain, we will schedule a rain date. Tickets are sold by the car load. Parking lot opens 45 mins before each show.

Despite lingering questions as to how successful drive-in concerts can be, Fanatics is hopeful these events can bring entertainment back to our local community. “We need music,” owner, Jim Shelly explains, “but, we also need to be smart and safe!”

THE DETAILS:

Show info:  All shows will be one 90-120 minute in duration. It is our goal to start and end shows on time. There will not be an “opener.” In the event of rain, we will schedule a rain date. Per information given at time of purchase, tickets for outside shows are non-refundable. If you cannot attend a show on the rain date, you will need to sell or give your ticket to someone else. Parking lot opens 45 mins before each show.

What to expect:  Attendees will pre-purchase one concert ticket per car by calling Fanatics Pub. Fans will then arrive 45 minutes before concert time and show their ID to venue staff before being guided to their parking spot. You will be given a flyer for regulations and the Fanatics Menu when entering.

how to park:  Cars will be parked based on the size of the vehicle. Lower cars in front, bigger vehicles in back. You will not be allowed to move your vehicle to another spot. Vehicles that don’t fit in a parking space (RVs and campers) will not be allowed entry. Your view of the stage will be dependent on your location and the number of large vehicles in the lot. Please bring your smallest vehicle so that everyone will be able to see the stage.

The band will perform on a raised stage in front of the area, easily viewable from the parking spaces. Therefore, you are to park facing the stage area. If you plan on sitting in the bed of your pick-up truck, then please face backwards with the bed towards the stage. Every vehicle has an adjacent space that you will be allowed to put lawn chairs in. This space is the one to the driver’s side of your vehicle (assuming you are facing the stage). This is not a space intended for tailgating and mingling. Per current NY regulations, you need to either be in your vehicle or immediately adjacent to it. No walking around will be allowed.

There are restrictions concerning wandering around or walking up to the stage. Attendees are not allowed to leave their given spot. Restrooms are available but limited to one customer at a time and they must be wearing a mask to enter the building.

Please turn off your car when you are parked. We do not encourage people to sit in a car that is idling for more than ten minutes. Also, please turn off your radios so that all can hear the concert without distractions.

smoking:  Smoking it is not allowed on the property. This includes cigarettes, cigars, and marijuana.

no no’s:  No motor cycles. No pets allowed.

Failure to follow the listed rules could result in removal from the premises.

food and beverage: We will take your order via the phone. The phone number will be listed on the menu we provide when you come into the parking lot. All orders are to be paid in advance by credit card. To support our employees, please consider tipping 20% when placing your order. Your food will be delivered to your parking space. All Fanatics staff will wear masks and gloves while making vehicle deliveries.

alcohol:  Currently, our liquor license does not allow us to serve alcohol in our parking lot. State Law and local ordinances do not allow open containers in public. Therefore, we cannot allow patrons to bring their own alcohol or for us to provide alcoholic beverage.

Trash:   If you have an order delivered to your parking space, we will give you a plastic bag to put your trash in. It would be a big help if you could take your trash home. If you don’t want to do that, please tie up your trash in the bag and leave it in your parking spot when you leave. We will pick up garbage when the parking lot is empty.

merchandise:   Fanatics Drive-In Concert Series T-shirts will be available for purchase at the Pub as well as during the shows.

REFUNDS:  There are no refunds for any reason. In the event of rain, we will reschedule a rain date. If you cannot attend a show, you are welcome to sell your ticket. We reserve the right to deny entry to anyone purchasing “Scalped” tickets or reselling them above face value.
