On Saturday, July 25th, the HFL Class of 1974 held themselves a 70th birthday party at Bob Finger’s house on Canandaigua Lake. After having a terrific 50th class reunion, it was realized that everyone is getting older and time is getting shorter to celebrate friends, classmates, schools and communities. They all met as freshman in high school when the Honeoye Falls and Lima school districts were combined. You would not have realized that as everyone greeted and conversed like friends from Kindergarten (which a lot of them were).
Food was made and provided by classmates and the most delicious birthday cake was made by another HFL alumni, Bill Broadwell.
The furthest guests traveled in from Costa Rica, followed by Texas. They look forward to getting together again soon.
