Michael Radi, a 2006 graduate of Honeoye Falls-Lima High School, will have his original musical, “The King’s Legacy” premiered by Bristol Valley Theater in Naples this summer as part of their summer season.
Radi was part of the music ministry at Saint Catherine of Siena Church for years. During his high school years, he was an English and Drama student and, in his senior year, he was also the teaching assistant for the school’s Drama class!
Radi currently lives in New York City where he is an actor, singer, composer-lyricist, musical director and vocal coach!
“The King’s Legacy” centers around King Henry VIII, his wives and his daughter, Queen Elizabeth I. In his obsessive quest for a male heir, King Henry VIII careened through six wives, palace plots, beheadings and a confrontation with the Pope. And nearly tore his country apart. But it was his daughter, Queen Elizabeth I, who changed the world. This show is a thrilling musical journey through the intrigue of the Tudor court. Some of the songs were performed in a concert of Radi’s songs by Broadway actors at 54 Below in New York City last fall.
Bristol Valley Theater is a dynamic professional theater here in the heart of the Finger Lakes! They cast their shows in New York City and bring theater technicians and directors from all over!
