The Honeoye Falls-Lima High School National Honor Society welcomed 60 new members into its ranks at an induction ceremony on January 24 at the high school auditorium.
After a welcome by HF-L NHS President Seamus Gillis, there were presentations by NHS officers on the four principles of NHS: Character (Molly Connors, Public Relations), Scholarship (Henry Shields, Vice President/Academics), Service (Abiageal Finn, Secretary) and Leadership (Casey Wall, Treasurer).

This year, the NHS members selected Mr. Andrew Corey, who teaches biology and environmental studies at the high school, to be the keynote speaker.

The induction of new members was handled by Olivia Hullihen, the NHS Vice President/Service. The new members are Dorthea Ackerman, Knox Ackerman, Noah Adams, Ava Bagley, Sophia Bagley, Kailia Bartolotti, Carlee Bears, Brianna Bledsoe, Katlin Blodgett, Taylor Blythe, Christopher Brassie, Robert Brown, Morgan Campany, Xavier Carbonel, Noah Carlson, Ellie Casler, Grace Casler, Ryan Casler, Abrey Cates, Ella Clark, Christopher Colgan, Thomas Connolly, Rowan Considine, Sophia Dulieu, Gabriel Falco, Colin Fanning, Claire Francis, Brooke Fugate, Olivia Gangi, Finley Gloor, Riley Greenich, Katelyn Guckian, Jack Harvey, Ella Heminway, Jason Howard, Allison Hulsey, Alana Khona, Sydney Kreidler, Madelyn Langley, Cayla Lawrence, Caroline Lupisella, Colton Miller, Blake Petraitis, Samantha Picciotti, Gina Piccirilli, Sydney Proctor, Lily Quackenbush, Trevor Reese, Clare Ruff, Zacharie Schayes, Addison Schiedel, Nolan Smith, Sydney Trotto, Trenton Wager, Nathan Weber, Emily White, Ariana Wilson, Izabela Woloszuk, Ivy Yates and Preston Yates.

NHS Co-Advisor Mrs. Dianne Witkowski led the new members in the recitation of the National Honor Society oath. NHS Co-Advisor Mrs. Nicole Glavin made some concluding remarks.
