On July 10th, at its first meeting of its new year, Linda Goodrum was inducted into the Presidency of the Honeoye Falls/Mendon Rotary club for the 2020-2021 year.

Her new board will be Shawn Bartnett, Immediate Past President, Jeff Klein, the President Elect for 2021-2022, Mark Spezzano, Vice President, Jaime Otto-Trott, Secretary, Barry Kissack, Treasurer and Sheldon Boyce, the Foundation/New Member Director.

The meeting, known this year as “Throw the Gavel”, is the club’s annual “Pass the Gavel” for its new President. All that attended were all masked and self-distancing.
Jaime Otto-Trott, Kathy Coler and Chip Raines will be leading and advising the High School Rotary Interact Club.

Shawn Bartnett, Steve Melcher and Ted Trybus are now leading the new “Hand Sanitizer Project”. The Honeoye Falls Mendon Rotary Club bought a 55 Galllon drum and will be handing out ½ Gallon containers to the community as a donation to all who have supported them for all these years.

The Rotary will hold a regular meeting at Rotary Park on Wednesday, July 15th, from 6:15 to 7:30, all community members are invited to attend meetings.
