Local Law #2 2026
A Local Law to Repeal Local Law #1 2026 and repeal the tax levy limit established in General Municipal Law 3-c
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that there has been presented to the Board of Trustees of the Village of Honeoye Falls on March 16, 2026 a local law which is proposed to repeal LL#1 2026 and repeal the override of the tax levy limit established in General Municipal Law 3-c.
Therefore, pursuant to statue, the Board of Trustees of the Village of Honeoye Falls will hold a Public Hearing on the Resolution at the Village Hall, 5 East Street, Honeoye Falls, New York at 6:00 pm on April 7, 2026 at which time all persons interested will be heard. Copies of the proposed resolution can be obtained and reviewed at the Village Office.

Budget Adoption
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT The Village of Honeoye Falls Board of Trustees will hold a Public Hearing on April 7, 2026 at 6:05 PM at the Village Hall, 5 East Street, Honeoye Falls for review and adoption of the 2026-2027 Budget.
A copy of the Tentative budget is available at the Office of the Village Clerk Treasurer where it may be Inspected by any person during office hours.
The maximum compensation proposed to be paid to each member of the Board of Trustees from all sources is as follows:
Mayor $11,550,
to each Trustee $6,300.
