On Martin Luther King Jr. Day, artists from the Mill Art Center offered three hours of drop-in creating for all ages. Approximately 40 kids and 20 adults participated in crafting with paper, scissors, and glue. The beautiful works they created are on display at the library throughout the month of February.

The library appreciates community support and thanks the Mill Art Center for working with them throughout the year to bring art programs to the community. Another wonderful community partner was on hand that day. Honeoye Falls/Mendon/Lima Kiwanis members offered a lovely cocoa bar to all that happened by the library on Martin Luther King Day. Sweet warm drinks and community connections were shared.
Next month, look for another wonderful display by an awesome community partner. March will feature a display by local Girl Scouts.
