Monsignor Schnacky Community Players rehearse a scene for the show which goes up this week. Submitted photo

You are invited to the Monsignor Schnacky Community Players’ 2018 production, “Shakespeare Comes to Calamity Creek.”
Celebrating its 37th year of productions, this year’s show is about a small traveling Shakespearean group that ends up in the small mining town of Calamity Creek determined to bring culture to the locals! Throw in a hero, a villain hiding his (or her) true identity, some stranded dancers, a few would-be outlaws, and striking gold miners, and you just set the stage for a wild musical bonanza!

Drinks and snacks available! Come out for a night of live entertainment!

Tickets are only $12, but come opening night, or buy a table of 8 or more, and seats are only $10 each! Show dates are February 2, 3, 9, 10, 16 and 17. The show starts at 8 p.m.

Tickets can be purchased at saintcath.org.
