Village of Lima Mayor John Skiptunas cordially invites area residents to the Village’s 2021 Arbor & Electric Vehicle Day on Saturday, May 1st from 9am to noon in the Mark Tubbs Memorial Park.
The first 100 attendees will receive a free potted tree to either plant at home or in a designed location in the Mark Tubbs Memorial Park. Tree varieties will include Northern Red Oak, Colorado Blue Spruce, and Douglas Fir.
Area electric vehicle owners will have their cars on display in the parking lot. Visitors will have the ability to learn about electric vehicle ownership. Representatives from car dealerships will also be present to provide information on incentives for leasing and purchasing electric vehicles.
