Face it. People hate change. You pick a product. Learn how to use it. Get settled into a nice little routine. Then, Bam! They change something. It could be a system upgrade. It could be a new dashboard. Maybe it’s something as simple as moving your favorite TV show to a different date and time. Change is what’s going with Facebook. And a lot of people don’t like this. And that’s not just because of the change. It’s because it calls into question a fundamental American right. What is it?
