Considering the unusual circumstances that will influence Halloween this year, the Honeoye Falls-Lima High School’s Interact Cub has organized a Pumpkin Hunt.
This event will take place on Halloween, October 31, beginning at 11 a.m. at Pinehurst Senior Living Community. Participants are encouraged to wear their best costumes, as there will be a parade at Pinehurst Senior Living Community to show off these costumes. Following the parade, participants will be sent on a pumpkin hunt. There will be pumpkins placed at local businesses. Any business with the pumpkin is participating in the event and will be handing out treats.
Member of both the Rotary Club and Interact will be stationed throughout the village to direct people and ensure the safety of everyone involved. This event is open to everyone, just show up in your best costume and be ready to collect candy! Masks and Social Distancing will be required, so this event will be a safe and exciting way for participants to make the most of a slightly different Halloween.
