The Lima Crossroads Festival will be August 4-7 and will feature music, food and tons of fun, including the popular bed race.

Music acts include The Coup De’Villes and local favorite Steve Grills & The Roadmasters. There are 17 free band concerts to take in during the festival.

A town-wide parade kicks things off on August 4 at 6 p.m., starting on Garden Street in South Lima and proceeding to South Lima Road, to Poplar Hill Road to Woodruff Road, to Route 15A north through the village to Corby Road, to Bragg Street, to Martin Road, to York Street to Route 5&20 back through the village to Michigan Avenue to Rainbow Lane, to MeadowView and back onto Michigan to Dalton Road and ending at the Elim Gospel Church parking lot.

There will be food and vendors in the village with kids activities, a bounce house, a petting zoo, pony rides, a kids carnival, a Star War obstacle course and balloon mania. On Saturday, August 6 at 1 p.m. will be the popular bed races and from 2-4 p.m. On August 6, a euchre tournament will be held at Lima Family Restaurant. Sunday, August 7 will feature a barbecue contest with 16 teams starting at noon. A Wine and Local Beer Tasting will be at 1 p.m. on Sunday, August 7 as well.
