The local gathering for the 2017 National Day of Prayer will be held Thursday May 4, 2017 at 12:00 noon at Harry Allen Park, Honeoye Falls. The theme of this year’s NDP is For Your Great Name’s Sake! Hear Us . . . Forgive Us . . . Heal Us! It is based on *Daniel 9:19 – “O Lord, hear; O Lord, forgive; O Lord, listen and act and do not delay! For your own sake, O My God, because your city and your people bear your name!”
Clergy or representatives from the Honeoye Falls, Lima and Mendon churches will participate along with songs which will be accompanied by the Lima Christian School Praise Band.
