Do you dream of a career in fire fighting? If you do, the Mendon Fire Department has something for you!
In conjunction with the Exploring Division of the Seneca Waterways Council, the Mendon Fire Department is hosting an Exploring Post which is geared to exposing young people to as many different aspects of Emergency Services as possible throughout the school year.
Engaging, hands-on experiences include: First Aid/CPR Education, Ride Along, Mentoring by Fire Staff, Special Guest Speakers, Hands On Learning and Special Event Assignments.
The Mendon Fire Department invites you and a parent/guardian to join them for the informational meeting at Mendon Fire Hall, 101 Mendon Ionia Road in Mendon on Thursday, October 14, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. You must be in at least the sixth-grade and between the ages of 10-20. Spots are limited so you must RSVP by emailing Bradley.Rickman@scouting.org.
