The Mendon Republican Party held a picnic earlier this month with over 75 people attending. Those attending got to meet the party’s candidates for election this fall and those candidates are shown in the photo above (from left) Tom DuBois, Cynthia Carroll, Jim Merzke, Karen Jenkins, John Moffitt, Bill Fletcher and Karla Boyce. DuBois, Carroll and Jenkins are running for the town board, while Merzke is running for town clerk, Moffitt for town supervisor, Fletcher for town justice and Boyce as the Monroe County legislator for the district that includes the town of Mendon.
