Canandaigua National Bank & Trust (CNB) is pleased to announce the following promotions: Barb Karley to Vice President, Michelle Hill to Community Office Manager of the Mendon Office, Iva Doser to Assistant Vice President and Community Office Manager of the Brighton Office, Salvia Hanna to Community Office Manager of the Alexander Park Office, Cristi Alvarado to Community Office Manager for the Greece Latta Office, and Amy Flaitz to Community Office Manager for the Manchester-Shortsville Branch.

In 2004, Karley joined the CNB family and has managed the Pittsford branch since 2011. Karley serves on the Board and as Treasurer for the Pittsford Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the Pittsford Candlelight Night Committee. As Vice President, Pittsford branch manager, Karley’s responsibilities include building and retaining relationships with individuals and businesses while continuing the exceptional service provided by the Pittsford team.

Hill came to CNB in November 2016, after leaving Bank of America where she served 18 years, most recently holding the position of Assistant Vice President, Financial Center Manager. Hill says she is “excited to get back to the ‘community feel’”, now that she serves as Community Office Manager for CNB’s Mendon Office. Hill looks forward to getting involved with the Mendon community and helping clients achieve their financial goals.

Doser has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Manager of the Brighton Office. She has over 10 years of banking experience at CNB and holds a law degree from Sofia University in Bulgaria. Doser is involved with the Boy Scouts of America, the Seneca Waterway Council, and the Association for Teenage Diplomats. She looks forward to building relationships with businesses and individuals within the Brighton community.

Hanna has over 15 years of customer service experience and has been with CNB since 2009. She is extremely involved in the community and serves the Women’s Foundation of Genesee Valley, Blackfriars Theatre and Rochester Refugee Resettlement. Hanna is also involved with Rochester Young Professionals, Business Association of the Southwedge Area and Rochester Women’s Network. In her new role as Community Office Manager of the Alexander Park Office, Hanna looks forward to nurturing relationships within the community.

Alvarado joined CNB as a teller in 2013 and is now the Community Office Manager for CNB’s Greece Latta Office. Prior to joining CNB, Alvarado was in retail management for 22 years. Having been a customer of CNB’s, Alvarado experienced a friendly environment and decided to make a career change. Alvarado has lived in the Greece Community for over 22 years and is currently a member of the Greece Chamber of Commerce. She also serves on the Advisory Board for the Greece Central School District.

Flaitz joined CNB in March of 2007 and has worked most recently in the Brighton and Victor office as an assistant manager.  Amy is an active member of the Victor boosters club and the Victor Chamber of Commerce.  Amy and her staff will be responsible for growing relationships in the Shortsville/Manchester market as well as Clifton Springs, Phelps, Newark and Palmyra.
