The first Shake Shack in Monroe County opened in Henrietta the second week of July. People waited in long lines well outside the door. The drive-thru lane extended on Clay Road. Said one of the customers to Will Poppe, Shake Shack Area Director, as she waited in line, “I lived in New York City and I’ve been waiting for one of these to come to Western New York!”
