March was Women’s History Month. In Honor of women everywhere, Saint Paul of the Cross Church donated to two women and girls centered organizations. The women of the church put together and delivered 43 personal hygiene bags to Bethany House in Rochester. Bethany House provides free, safe, temporary housing to women and their children along with counseling and training to help them get back on their feet after escaping an abusive situation, incarceration, homelessness or a health crisis. They also made and delivered 74 handmade dresses to Dress A Girl Around the World, an organization dedicated to fostering the dignity and worth of all girls worldwide.
